Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Reminders are sent approximately 1 week before key dates, with additional reminders at 3 days and 1 day before Mother's Day. Update notifications are sent at most once daily.

• Removing your phone number in your dashboard settings
• Disabling SMS reminders in your notification preferences

Opt-In: Reply START to resume messages after opting out.
